Everyone around me is getting so excited to go home and celebrate Thanksgiving with their families.
I, on the other hand, had left over turkey and stuffing for lunch today.
My family had our own Thanksgiving celebration this past Sunday. My sister is a nurse and works holidays, and I work at a restaurant at home on Thanksgiving. Therefore, we celebrate our Thanksgiving a little differently.

Nothing feels better than being at home with your family. I am very thankful to have these people in my life who love and support me.
At this time of year, it’s also especially important to take a step back, realize how fortunate you are to have what you have, and keep in mind the people who aren’t as fortunate.
This year, PRSSA and AAF donated a Thanksgiving dinner basket to a local family in need. It’s a great feeling to be able to give back to the community and help give everyone the opportunity to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner.
I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Our blogging crew is going to be taking a break to celebrate the holiday, but watch for new posts starting again next Monday.
