This semester, the Communication Arts department created a new student group called Marywood Media Group (MMG). As I blogged about a few months ago, MMG coordinates activities and resource-sharing among all Comm Arts media-related organizations.
To promote MMG, the leaders designed and ordered warm weather jackets embroidered with the new MMG logos. They arrived last week, right before Thanksgiving break! If you ordered a jacket and could not pick it up prior to break, you can contact any of the MMG leaders to start representing the Comm Arts department!
If you didn’t place an order, it’s possible there will be another order placed next Fall semester.
MMG Board Member, Kristen Pietryka commented on the branded jackets.
“I think the jackets are a great way to bring the department together as whole under MMG,” said Pietryka. “Every time a Comm Arts student wears the jacket, they not only look professional, but also they are promoting MMG and Comm Arts as a whole.”
